Eurozone woes

The eurozone's problems increase by the day.  The abject failure of the European political classes to resolve the issues comes as no surprise: after all they conceived the rotten edifice.  Plastering over the cracks hasn't worked, indeed the cracks have become chasms. The headless chickens are running around trying to defend the indefensible.  Surely it is time for euthanasia for the eurozone.
