Will the Army go down a similar route to the United Methodist Church, namely an end to LBGTQ discrimination, at least in the United Kingdom & Ireland Territory? Will the recommendations to Cabinet be published for all to see, or will it be shrouded in secrecy? Let's hope for openness and transparency.
